Biography
I have a rich and diverse career having experience with Top 100 companies, working within small businesses, being a successful entrepreneur, professor, and management consultant. My proficiencies include working in competitive markets where productivity, efficiency, effectiveness, quality, and safety must be integral cultural ingredients. I am competent in private and public sectors, and have 20 years of Federal experience and understanding of Federal acquisition, regulations, procurement, program and project management, and compliance. I have led organizations and teams delivering work on and off the continental United States, and have managed in professional service, operations, supply chain, distribution, human capital, pharmaceutical, facilities, community management, and construction. I have been recognized as a key note speaker at the US direct sellers convention and delivered presentations to the US House Science and Technology Committee. I have a deep appreciation of sustainable practices, knowledge and experience integrating sustainability into corporate cultures, received the US Department of Health and Human Services Green Project of the Year award, and been recognized by a previous US Department Secretary for creating an innovative, sustainable public space. My most resent experience includes completing quantitative and qualitative research and recommendations for the Department of Labor Office of Secretary, and each of its Agencies to improve talent optimization, succession planning, barrier and obstacle analysis to succession, and leadership training.
